December 31st, 2020 – The Inner Hero Community Food Distribution

The Inner Hero had its final community free food distribution for 2020 on Thursday, December 31st. We distributed a thousand boxes of food to our community including prepacked combo boxes full of produce, meats, and dairy products including a gallon of milk.


October 1st, 2020 – The Inner Hero Organization presented to 18 Cities of the H.C.C.O.P.A

Our commitment to improving the Community-Police relationship remains. This is another opportunity to amplify the voices of our communities.


September 26th, 2020 – The Women Behind Our Community – Maskerade Brunch

As part of our commitment to the community, The Inner Hero organization designed a “Community Women Initiative project.” This project intends to create a platform on which women from all of our communities can share their concerns and give input on how we can work together to reduce violence, get the youth off the streets, and create a sustainable outcome so that they can become productive citizens of society. Our first gathering took place on Al & Alma’s Charter Cruise to discuss many pressing topics.


September 12th, 2020 – The Inner Hero Community Food Distribution

The Inner Hero Community Food Distribution went well; we distributed 530 boxes of produce and other kinds of food. Thank you so much to the Refugees International Ministries for hosting us, a big thank you to all of our amazing volunteers and community Heroes!!


August 1st, 2020 – 4th Free Food Distribution

We want to thank all of our great volunteers, and Community Heroes, for coming to pick up the food. We shared 500 plus boxes of PRODUCE, DAIRY, MEAT, and MORE!!

On June Tuesday, 30th, The Inner Hero, in collaboration with Speak The Word Church International, hosted an event called “Let The Healing Begin.

In times like this community, united to serve humanity is the key.

July 18th, 2020 – 3rd Free Food Distribution

We want to thank all of our great volunteers, and Community Heroes, for coming to pick up the food. We shared 500 plus boxes of PRODUCE and DAIRY PRODUCTS!!


July 11th, 2020 – 4th Annual Basketball Tournament

The Inner Hero hosted its 3rd annual basketball tournament earlier this year. It’s a day where the community comes together for a day filled with athletic fun and sportsmanship. This event is just one of the ways we fulfill our goal to help build social interaction between the community and local officials.


July 2nd, 2020 – Change is Coming

Great initiate meeting with Hedy Walls, of YMCA Twin Cities, Chief Medaria Arradondo, of the Minneapolis Police Department, and The Inner Hero Organization.


June 30th, 2020 – Interactive Community Discussion – “Let the Healing Begin”

The Inner Hero Organization, in collaboration with Speak the Word Church International, hosted a day of interactive community discussion on current events. Join us for our next event and be a part of the change.


March 4th, 2020 – The Inner Hero’s Canned Good Give Back Event

In times like this, when getting to the store to get what you need is increasingly difficult- making sure those who can’t fill their shelves means The Inner Hero Team will make that possible for them. From big-box store to the box to your shelf THE INNER HERO is here!!


February 19th, 2020 – Zachary Lane Elementary Breakfast Gathering

The Inner Hero Organization launched a new breakfast program in 2019 at Sandburg Middle School in Golden Valley, Minnesota. The program is geared towards building relationships with local police departments and middle school students.

The message from these community leaders was simple. Be kind. Be nice. Serve. Do your best. And (most importantly) we’re here for you! The Inner Hero hosted a community breakfast which included Rep. Dean Phillips, City of Plymouth, MN – Local Government police, retired servicemen, Robbinsdale Area Schools district leaders, and ZLE leaders. Thanks to all who contributed to an impactful community event! We are a strong community.
